VOICE : Our system is not working to help the fight against the sale of contaminated fuel – Duncan Amoah

The Executive Director of the Chamber of Petroleum Consumers (COPEC), Duncan Amoah has described the selling of contaminated fuel to unsuspecting motorists as unfortunate.

His comment comes after hundreds of vehicles were grounded after buying fuel at the Radiance Filling Station and Glee Oil at kasoa and Top Oil at Ashaiman Klagon in the Greater Accra Region.

Speaking to Accra Based Radio Station, Eezy Fm, Mr. Amoah says tagging people “anti-progress” when they speak about this lawless act, will not help the sector to grow.

Mr. Amoah believes that in a situation where no one is punished for committing such offence, may convince other industry players to do same.
